Exchange Policy
At Poppy Rose Boutique, our clients’ satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything that we can to ensure your happiness.
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refunds.
You must provide the original and/or gift receipt. All items must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached, and items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and free of any stains or odors. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package.
All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
The following items are also final sale and not eligible for exchange:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewelry
- All intimates
- Face Masks
Regarding exchanges or returns for store credit at this time: You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to us. If you would like to exchange for another size, you will be subjected to a $10 flat rate shipping fee to receive the new size.

Store Credit
With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
Any gift cards will be sent to the email on provided for the original order.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges will be subjected to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer. Please contact hello@poppyroseboutique.com for all shipping questions.
Defective Item
All of our items are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped with love. In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact hello@poppyroseboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange.
Defective items must be reported before items are worn or washed.
Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refunded. If you do not notify us about the issue within the 7 days, we will, not be able to process your exchange. Please ensure that you inspect your items and contact us within the specified exchange timeframe.
